Grace Havel is a Colorado harpist whose passion for the instrument is infused into each performance.

Music has been a life-long endeavor for Grace, who began private tutoring with professional musicians from a young age and went on to perform in local music contests, bluegrass bands, youth orchestras and more. When she started playing local harp gigs at the age of 14, it did not take long to realize that her enthusiasm for solo harp performance would evolve into a full-fledged career.

Grace earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music degree at Colorado Christian University and was the recipient of multiple prestigious scholarships during her time there, including the Barbara Hodel Prize for Superior Performance, the highest award given in CCU’s School of Music. She was also the 2020 recipient of the Kathy Bundock Moore Memorial Scholarship, awarded by the American Harp Society.

From weddings to corporate events and everything in between, Grace has performed for audiences numbering over 1,000 people at a time.  In 2022, she performed in the Rogers & Hammerstein musical A Grand Night For Singing with the Performance Now Theatre Company at the Lakewood Cultural Center. She regularly joins the Aurora and Littleton Symphony Orchestras, travels widely throughout the state as a freelancing artist, and teaches lessons from her home music studio. In addition to her career as a professional musician, Grace enjoys spending time in the beautiful outdoors, riding and showing her horses.
